Virtual Team Hub
A global organization of more than 500 employees had unwittingly developed its v-teams in silos, so it often became the case that different groups tackled the same problem, resulting in multiple solutions, as well as misalignment and redundancy issues.
Drawing insights from interviews with various V-team leaders, I spearheaded a team of three to create a project management tool tailored for V-teams using Confluence, which was already heavily adopted within the organization.
Role
Within 4 weeks, we successfully rolled out the V-team Confluence space. Twenty-five global key initiatives were uploaded, enabling anyone within the organization to gain visibility into the best practices and solutions related to products, partnerships, client verticals, self-service, and more. In doing so, we diminished unnecessary duplication efforts by 60%. V-team leaders also secured access to the critical tools needed to lead and capture notes.
