I secured the budget to pilot the “Snaps” Employee Recognition program. Each team member received a personalized Lego mini-figure bearing their name, with achievements and milestones symbolized by customizable accessories or blocks. In addition, the platform streamlined the ordering and shipping process for additional lego's pieces.
