Multiple tools and platforms were provided to employees during a time of rapid growth. However, it soon became challenging to keep track of all the links and bookmarks, frustrating employees and time management inefficiencies.
Developed concept for platform to house disparate tools into a consolidated frontend interface. Conducted interviews, identified resources, wireframes, and defined the functionality for MVP
Role
Within 3 months, we created the wireframes and technical specs that could accommodate single sign-on and the API of 15 tools, including org charts, employee recognition software, OKRs, Slack, email, and more. As an added benefit, the product team were empowered to increase adoption of new tools and software.
